Anne was extraordinarily calming and reassuring in answering all my questions in relation to the removal process of my old eyebrow tattoo as well as planning what can be achieved with a correction tattoo to ensure it meets expectations and satisfaction. Anne even managed to squeeze me in the following day to commence the process with a laser removal session. She has made me feel heard and extremely comfortable to trust her expertise, so very excited to start this journey with you Anne!

Anne is just amazing in every way imaginable - knowledgeable, talented, considerate, honest, and so very genuine! I have now been to see her twice (micro blading and then my touch up follow up appointment) and as it was my first time getting any kind of cosmetic procedure, she was so attentive and comforting. Explained every thing very clearly. Made sure I know exactly what I was getting myself into and what to expect. Confirmed I was happy at every step of the process. Actually explained what I’d initially booked in for was not what I needed and offered a more suitable option which ended up a lesser expense to me. I’m over the moon happy with my results! Throughout the appointment, Anne took her time to get to know me as person and shared a lot about herself. I walked out feeling like I’d just made a brand new friend.
