• Gently cleanse with provided solution using clean hands
• Apply healing balm liberally every 2-3 hours
• Avoid touching the treated area except for necessary aftercare
• Sleep with your head elevated to minimize swelling
• Avoid hot drinks, spicy foods, and foods that require wide mouth opening

Days 2-14 (Critical Healing Period)

• Continue gentle cleansing and healing balm application 2-3 times per day
• Do not pick, scratch or rub the treated area – let scabs fall off naturally
• Avoid makeup on the lip area until fully healed
• Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools
• Avoid strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating
• Do not use facial scrubs, peels, or anti-aging products on or around lips

Long-Term Care (After Healing)
